The new 106,138-square-meter mixed-use commercial/office complex, being developed on the waterfront of Changsha in the Hunan province of south central China, is being built at an incredible fast pace. Image 1 below shows the site a year ago in 2019 before construction was started. The construction began in the fall of 2019 with the basement and below grade infrastructure completed by April 30th of 2020 as is shown on image 2. The above-grade superstructure has started to take shape with several floors completed every week, shown below on images 3 and 4. Construction completion is projected for end of 2021.
