A startlingly slender 242-meter-high mixed-use tower in the seaside city of Qingdao, with retail banking, office space and luxury duplex apartments. The design clearly articulates the office functions below and the residential areas above. Clean geometric forms create an elegant sculpture that looks different from every angle.
