Principal Rossana Gutiérrez Served as Juror for Natural Stone Institute's 2023 Pinnacle Award

We are proud to announce that Rossana Gutiérrez, Principal at PEI Architects, was a juror for the prestigious 2023 Pinnacle Awards by Natural Stone Institute. These highly coveted awards are given to projects whose beauty, creativity, ingenuity, and craftsmanship exemplify professional mastery in the use of natural stone in commercial and residential applications. 

As Project Director at PEI Architects, Ms. Gutiérrez has been responsible for many projects including the award-winning Guanajuato State Library in León, Guanajuato, Mexico (2006), and the Alturki Plaza Complex in Dharan, Saudi Arabia (2012). In 2012 she completed the Museum of Islamic Art Park: a large public sculpture park with related buildings located on the grounds of the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, Qatar designed by I.M. Pei. Among her other projects are The Six Dynasties Museum (2014) and The Grand Mansion Hotel (2015), both being part of The Nanjing Hanfujie Plaza Complex in Nanjing, China.

Ms. Gutiérrez is the Principal-in-charge of the Château Lynch-Bages Winery in Pauillac, France, a new facility completed the Summer of 2020. She is also Principal-in-charge of the Xiong ‘An New District Competition in Xiong’An, China (2018), in collaboration with AECOM; and China Institute in America, Phase III in New York (2024).
