Vincent Polsinelli is a senior design project manager, with design experience working on high quality projects including; museums, cultural and educational institutions, government and commercial developments.
The majority of his experience has been working in New York City for established international architectural design firms. As a Design Project Manager, he leads with practical knowledge and in-depth understanding of the project design process, mentoring and sharing knowledge through team participation. He undertakes the responsibility to ensure effective communication between Client and the different stakeholders.
Areas of expertise are: managing the design and building process from inception through post-construction phases; providing technical detailing support; providing leadership through the building approval process; and managing the work of team members within and across cultural boundaries.
One of his designs, the adaptive re-use of a TriBeCa cast iron building into offices, earned the AIA National Honor Award for Design Excellence. For the same building, a number of years later, the Landmarks Preservation Commission granted approval for a four-story addition.
