Covering a land plot of approximately 11.09 hectares and a total floor area of 280,000 square meters, the project is a mixed-use complex of office, retail, and hotel functions. The project was designed by a team from PEI Architects led by Co-Founder Li Chung Pei and Principal Toh Tsun Lim, with the assistance from PEI’s local design partner CADG (China Architecture Design and Research Institute).

PEI Architects strives to make this project a world-class development, serving as a testament to the continued importance of the Lingang community to China and the Bank of China’s commitment to the greater economy.  We believe this opportunity to develop a world class project is a testament to Bank of China’s commitment to the greater economy. It marks the most significant milestone in the exceptional growth of the Lingang area as it becomes one of China’s most modern 21st Century global centers.
