During a trip to China in August 2019, Li Chung (Sandi) Pei and Toh Tsun Lim collaborated on Asian initiatives with PEI Architects’ newest China representative, Richard Tsui. Richard is a graduate of Lanzhou University of Technology (Bachelor of Science in Architecture) and holds a Master of Architecture degree from Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London (UCL). Prior to joining PEI Architects, Richard worked at Tsinghua University. We look forward to working with Richard.
