The cooperation and persistence of PEI Architects (PEI) and China Architecture Design & Research Group (CADG) during the pandemic leads to a successful design outcome. The project team for the Bank of China Haikou Jiangdong International Financial Building in Haikou, China, quickly mobilized and purchased network meeting software that would suit both Chinese and American network ports.
